Sarah Fink helps people during some of the most difficult times in their lives. Be it a Congressional staffer facing an inquiry from an ethics committee, a government employee facing an investigation by an Office of Inspector General, or a professional facing an accusation that could derail her career, Sarah is dedicated to working tirelessly for her clients. She understands the importance of getting into the trenches with her clients and tenaciously fighting for them.

Over the past several years, Sarah has helped guide clients through some of Washington, DC’s headline-grabbing events. Those representations that are public include clients in connection with congressional and Inspector General scrutiny of the FBI’s investigation of Russian interference with the 2016 election; congressional and Inspector General scrutiny of the FBI’s investigation of Secretary Clinton’s email server; congressional and Inspector General scrutiny of the alleged politicization of employment practices at the State Department; and congressional and Inspector General scrutiny of practices at the Department of Homeland Security during times of civil unrest. Other federal employment defense matters have involved the Office of Congressional Ethics, the Department of Health and Human Services, the Department of Energy, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Federal Reserve Board, and the Department of Justice.

Sarah has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Washington D.C. Rising Star since 2020. Prior to joining Kaiser PLLC, Sarah worked as in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 company where she counseled on data privacy and cybersecurity matters and represented the company in drafting complex customer and supplier agreements with multinational corporations. Sarah is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia and the State of New York. She holds a Top Secret / SCI security clearance.
